Selskapets virksomhet er å forestå den samlede forvaltning de midler som tilføres Fellesforbundet gjennom avgifter betalt av de enkelte målekontorer, eller gjennom tariffavtaler innbetales av ansatte i bedrifter hvor målegebyrer betales direkte til forbundet. Midlene skal brukes til blant annet: Agitasjon og opplysning om målervirksomheten og akkordtariffene. Øke bruken av akkordtariffene. Støtte utdannelse av oppmålere. Kurs for oppmålere. Andre forhold knyttet til akkordtariffen og målevirksomheten av økonomisk art. Finansiere utvikling av programvare for databehandling av akkordtariffene. Finansiere nødvendige tekniske hjelpemidler for å utføre oppgavene knyttet til målevirksomheten.
