Dette skal skje gjennom rådgivnings- og kursvirk-

Pådgivning rettes mot enkeltbedrifter på oppdrags-
basis,men kan også skje i samarbeidsprosjekter
mellom bedrifter.
Tjenesten skal legge vekt på bistand til små og
mellomstore bedrifter og uten at bedrifters geo-
grafiske beliggenhet skal ha betydning for bi-
standsintensitet og -kvalitet.
