Nordskrenten Borettslag | En tjeneste fra OBOS
Nordskrenten er et OBOS borettslag beliggende på Holmlia i Oslo sør og grenser til Kolbotn. Med flott beliggenhet, hvor mange av leilighetene har fjordutsikt, er Nordskrenten et av de mest populære borettslagene på Søndre Nordstrand. Borettslaget ble bygget i 1981-83 med innflytting mellom november 1982 og sommeren 1983. Mange av de første innflytterne er fortsatt beboere hos oss og er blitt ”veteraner”. Vi vil gjerne skryte av godt miljø, hyggelige og engasjerte beboere, flott beliggenhet og en rekke fasiliteter som gjør Nordskrenten til et attraktivt sted å bo. Borettslaget består av 164 leiligheter i 4 etasjes terrassehus, 2, 3 og 4 roms, samt 67 rekkehusleiligheter, 4 og 5 roms.
