Bidra til et helhetlig, rasjonelt og markedstilpasset kollektivtransportsystem for hele Rogaland. Selskapet skal administrere og markedsføre transporttilbudet i Rogaland, samt kjøpe kollektive transporttjenester, innenfor rammene av politiske vedtak. Den strategiske planlegningen og bestillerrollen, med tilhørende samfunnsmessig ansvar, skal ligge hos Rogaland fylkeskommune. Rogaland fylkeskommune vil gjøre vedtak om tilskudd til selskapet, jf yrkestransportlova § 22, med tilhørende vilkår. Generalforsamlingen skal vedta nærmere bestemmelser som regulerer selskapets oppgaver og ansvar.

Administrere og markedsføre transporttilbudet i Rogaland, samt kjøpe kollektive transporttjenester, innenfor rammene av politiske vedtak.
