Foretaket skal også administrere fiskekortsalg, drive kultiveringsarbeid samt andre tiltak for å høyne områdets attraktivitet, opprettholde og forbedre fiskebestanden og fremme sportsfisket. Jordskiftesak av 20/3-1968 ligger til grunn for foretakets arbeid.
