Formålet er å drive et krisesenter for kvinner i nød i Tanzania. Det
er særlig rettet mot kvinner som har vært gjennom domestic violence,
voldtekt, trakassering og liknende. Growing in Joy skal tilby
helsehjelp, coaching/counseling, sosiale tjenester, rehabilitering og
læring/utdanning slik at kvinnene skal klare seg videre i livet.
