Stiftelsens formål er å tilgodese barn, unge og voksne med cerebral parese og lignende hjerneskader ved: a) Etablering og drift av egnete, tilrettelagte ferieboliger for medlemmer av Cerebral Pareseforeningen, avd. Hordaland og Sogn og Fjordane og pårørende. b) Bidrag i form av enkeltbevilgninger til tiltak som kan gi Stiftelsens målgruppe økt livskvalitet, herunder også til forskningsformål. Slike bevilgninger kan gis som støtte til enkeltindivider eller til organisasjoner og institusjoner, der det offentlige tilbud mangler eller er tidsbegrenset.
