Hovedmålet er å tilby enkle strøjobber som vil hjelpe disse menneskene til å bli bedre i norskspråket, gi forståelse for hvordan det norske samfunnet fungerer og skape nettverk. Ved å bygge minoritetsgruppene sterkere vil de integreres lettere i samfunnet.
