Å ta vare på Alnes Fyr og dei eksisterande fyrbygningar som
kulturminne, samt å bruke fyret til å fremje andre kulturelle formål.
Stiftinga skal arbeide for å få oppført besøkssenter/kulturbygg i
tilknytning til Alnes Fyr. Videre skal stiftinga ha det overordna
ansvar for driftinga av besøkssenteret/kulturbygget.
Opplevelsessenter som driver selskapslokale, salg av mat, drikke og
souvenirer m.m. samt salgsutstillinger for kunst og guiding i fyrtårn.
