Stavanger Storband er Stavangers eldste, faste storband. Bandet jobber hardt for å holde et høyt nivå, det er nok grunnen til at flere av distriktets ledende jazzmusikere har spilt i bandet og at vokalistene stiller villig opp.
Storbandet spiller det mange forbinder med storband; musikk av Duke Ellington og Count Basie, samt standardlåter levendegjort av bl.a. Ella Fitzgerald og Frank Sinatra. De har også moderne jazz, pop, rock, blues, funk, latin, samba, soul, m.m. på sitt repertoar.
Stavanger Storband kan levere musikk til enhver anledning.
