personer. Virksomheten skal drives i tråd med prinsippene om sosial
bærekraft og fellesskapsnytte, og som sosialt entreprenørskap.
Selskapet er ikke-fortjenestebasert og skal ikke gi aksjonærene
økonomisk utbytte. Midler skal ikke utdeles til privatpersoner.
Selskapet kan bare foreta utdelinger (herunder utbytte og andre
utdelinger i aksjelovens forstand) til frivillig virksomhet.
Utdeling skal bare skje til frivillige aktører som har rett til å
