Øke kvalitet på service i hotell- og restaurantbransjen. Vi har
grunnkurs for personer uten erfaring i bransjen. Gjennom kursing av
disse personene vil vi sannsyneligvis bidra med økt lyst og interesse
for yrket. Ved kursing av personer som er i yrket, vil kvaliteten og
bevisstgjøring av utførelsen som servitør bli forbedret. Konseptet er
utviklet av flere personer med lang erfaring fra servitøryrket, og av
en person med lang erfaring som gjest.
