Norsk Ungdomsbrassband skal samle de beste og mest ivrige musikantene
fra hele Norge til et nasjonalt sommerkurs hver sommer. Det
langsiktige målet er å bidra til å utvikle musikalske ferdigheter,
slik at norske brassband skal fortsette å være konkurransedyktige på
internasjonalt nivå. Korpset skal skape et trygt og inkluderende miljø
til beste for sine medlemmer og bygge vennskap og relasjoner.
