Stimarka Hytteforening skal ivareta medlemmenes interesse overfor
kommunale myndigheter, grunneiere og andre aktuelle interessepartnere,
og etablere best mulig samarbeid med disse. Videre skal laget fremme
samhold og godt naboskap hytteeierne imellom og ivareta og utvikle et
godt rekreasjons-miljø i pakt med områdets naturlige, kulturelle og
historiske kvaliteter. Det er et medlemskap i foreningen per hytte. Av
områdets 21 hytter er 20 med i foreningen.
