Konsulent og takseringstjenester. Contaxt AS har kompetanse til å utføre mange typer oppdrag og fullfører jobben etter gitte kravspesifikasjoner og avtalte kostnadsrammer. Vi har mange ulike tjenester: Skade, verdivurdering, rapporter, byggelånskontroll, søknader, seksjonering, bruksendring + mer.
Konsulent- og takseringstjenester hovedsakelig vedrørende fast
eiendom, samt hva som står i forbindelse med dette.
Takseringstjenester: Boligsalgsrapporter, tilstandsanalyser, forenklet
verdivurdering, skade- og reklamasjonstakster,
næringstakster/rapporter, tomtetakster/rapporter. Konsulenttjenester:
Energimerking av boliger, leiligheter etc, plantegning/skisseringer,
byggeplassoppfølging/diverse teknisk assitstanse, kommunale
søknadsprosjekter og bygningsteknisk prosjektering.
