Formålet er å øke kvinneandelen i Rørbransjen. Vi vil normalisere
kvinners rolle som rørlegger. Vi vil bidra til bedre kjønnsbalanse og
rekruttere fra hele Norges befolkning. INGEBORG NETTVERK skal bidra
til en bevisstgjøring og holdningsendring i bransjen. Vi skal jobbe
for å beholde kvinnelige rørleggere i faget. Ingeborg Nettverk skal
fremme bransjens kvinnelige rollemodeller både innad og utenfor
bransjen.
