Småskala grønnsaksproduksjon. Produsere et bredt spekter av grønnsaker
etter prinsippene for markedshager (intensiv produksjon på små
arealer). Grønnsakene skal selges direkte til kunder (andelshavere,
butikker, restauranter etc) via egne salgskanaler. Undervisning og
kursvirksomhet. Avholde kurs på gården. blant annet innen
matproduksjon og foredling, og kommunikasjon. Dyrehold, avle opp dyr
(f.eks. verpehøns, griser, sauer, og geiter) for produksjon og salg av
egg, kjøtt og ull/skinn. Tilby veterinære tjenester, herunder
behandling av familiedyr (hund, katt etc.), ambulerende stordyrpraksis
og veterinærmedisinsk rådgivning.
