Stiftelsens formål er å støtte opp under arbeidet om forbrukeres
rettigheter i møte med alle aktører i samfunnet. Dette gjelder først
og fremst rettslig forfølgning av krav som ikke er hensiktsmessig å
forfølge enkeltvis.
Stiftelsens virksomhet vil primært være å rettslig forfølgning av krav
som ikke er hensiktsmessig å forfølge enkeltvis. I tillegg vil styret
kunne bestemme at et eventuelt overskudd skal kunne deles med et
veldedig formål.
