Arbeide for utvikling i og eller for Fjaler kommune. Selskapet skal
arbeide med både samfunnsutvikling og næringsutvikling på generell
basis. Med samfunnsutvikling er meint for eksempel utviklingstiltak
som kan bidra til å auke bulyst og blilyst i kommunen. Selskapet skal
også fungere som eit bindeledd mellom kommune, næringsliv og
interessentar som gagnar formålet til selskapet. Selskapet har eit
ikkje-økonomisk formål og kan ikkje dele ut utbytte til aksjonærane.
Utdelingar frå selskapet og fordeling av formuen ved oppløysing, skal
tilfalle mottakarar som arbeider for utvikling i og eller for Fjaler
