Tigrayanere som bor i Europa. UTE skal i tillegg jobbe for å fremme
aktiv deltakelse av Tigrayanere i de europeiske landene de bor.
UTE satser også til å være bro mellom Norge, Europa og Tigray regionen
i Etiopia, og fremmer samarbeid.
