avfallsforskriften kapittel 7B om produsentansvar for utstyr fra
fiskeri, fritidsfiske og akvakultur som inneholder plast. Selskapet
skal blant annet sørge for innsamling, behandling, rapportering og
annen nødvendig administrasjon knyttet til produsentansvaret, og skal
drives i samsvar med kravene til produsentansvarsselskap etter
forskriften. Selskapet er uten økonomisk formål.
