nødsituasjoner, som lever under fattigdomsgrensen og har begrenset
tilgang til nødvendige ressurser. Foreningen skal prioritere å dekke
grunnleggende behov som mat, klær, medisinsk hjelp, og husly, samt gi
midlertidig økonomisk bistand ved kriser som under krig,
naturkatastrofer, sykdom, arbeidsledighet eller andre uforutsette
hendelser som truer mottakernes livsgrunnlag.
