skal drives til selvkost og har et null profitt formål. Eventuelle
overskudd skal gå tilbake til bruk i selskapet og kan ikke utdeles som
utbytte til eier. Ved oppløsning skal eventuelle verdier overføres til
andre barnehager drevet av Vestby stiftelsesbarnehager eller til
Vestby kommune i tråd med vedtektene i Vestby stiftelsesbarnehager.
Virksomheten skal drives i samsvar med de til enhver tid gjeldende
lover og forskrifter for barnehagevirksomhet.
