Dansefryd Kursnytt skal videreutvikle og skape et sosialt dansemiljø
basert på ulike stilarter i Hamar- området. Foreningens arbeid skal
preges av frivillighet. Aktiviteter: Leie inn eksterne kursholdere i
ulike stilarter. Avholde kurs med "egne" instruktører innenfor ulike
pardanser. Avholde øvingskvelder innenfor de ulike dansestilartene
Videreutvikle egne dansestiler og ferdigheter med formål å
videreformidle dette.
