Stiftelsens formål er å tilrettelegge, samt utvikle og fremme
kvaliteten for oppdrett av norskfødte hester uansett rase i Norge.
Stiftelsen skal være et senter for opplæring og utvikling av
kompetanse for drivere av avlsstaller, bygge synbarhet i miljøene og
sørge for å utvikle tiltaket med det som hører til.
