virkeområde lokalt i Finnmark fylke. Grunnlaget for WHN ligger i
en erkjennelse av at musikk skal være en kilde til glede og mening,
til læring og personlig vekst, til sosial tilhørighet, identitet og
mellomkulturell forståelse for alle mennesker. Denne erkjennelsen er
knyttet både til musikk som egenartet kunst og kulturform og til
