FORENINGEN SOLGANG II
Operating
Foreningen Solgang II har som formål å bevare en norskbygget seilbåt
fra 1937 i god stand, noe som betyr kontinuerlig vedlikehold, bytte av
materiell som slites, eller ikke fungerer, samt oppgradere de deler av
båten som har fått skader gjennom snart 90 år. Foreningen har også som
målsetting å engasjere ungdom i seiling, historie og kunsten i å
bevare slike gamle trebåter. Båten kan hver dag beskues av fastboende
og tilreisende til Son Kystkultusenter.
