Stiftelsen har som formål å rette fokus mot antikorrupsjon i
samfunnet, være et forum for kunnskapsutvikling for aktører som
arbeider innenfor antikorrupsjon, og arrangere årlige konferanser
eller andre lignende arrangement om antikorrupsjon eller beslektede
emner. Stiftelsen skal særlig rette seg mot utviklingen av
antikorrupsjonsarbeid nasjonalt og internasjonalt, drøfte sentrale
tiltak innen antikorrupsjonsarbeid og gi beretninger fra sentrale
kilder om de alvorlige konsekvensene av korrupsjon. Stiftelsen har et
ideelt formål og alle aktiviteter som gjennomføres skal være
non-profitt.
Forum for kunnskapsutvikling, arrangere konferanser og
informasjonsformidling.
