Selskapets formål er å eie og drive montessoriskole på Fornebu
Hovedgård Lysaker Bærum, samt det som naturlig står i forbindelse med
dette. Formålet er ikke å gi kapitalavkastning til aksjonærene. Det
skal ikke deles ut utbytte til aksjonærer. Eventuelt overskudd skal
godskrives egenkapitalen i selskapet. Skolen skal drives i samsvar med
de til enhver tid gjeldende lover og forskrifter for skolevirksomhet.
