kommune. Selskapet kan ikke drive annen virksomhet enn skole i samsvar
med privatskoleloven og har således ikke erverv til formål. Alle
offentlige tilskudd og skolepenger skal komme elevene til gode jf.
privatskoleloven § 6-3. Selskapet har ikke anledning til å dele ut
utbytte. Et eventuelt overskudd fra virksomheten skal disponeres i
henhold til økonomiforskriften til privatskoleloven.
