Forvalte næringseiendommer i et langsiktig perspektiv. Selskapet skal
legge særlig vekt på sitt samfunnsmessige ansvar. Selskapet skal selv,
eller ved investeringer i andre selskap bidra til næringsutvikling
samt å eie, leie ut, forvalte, utvikle og erverve fast eiendom og
annen virksomhet som har sammenheng med dette. Virksomheten skal
drives på en sikker måte med fokus på etikk, klima og miljø. Videre
skal det legges til rette for god arealutnyttelse, kostnadseffektiv
eiendomsforvaltning og drift iht. offentlige reguleringer. Selskapet
skal sikre arealer til sjørelatert virksomhet (fiskeriformål) med
muligheter for lager/servicebygg og kaier til den enkelte eiendom. Det
forutsettes at kaiene skal bygges og eies/driftes i privat regi. (Iht.
vedtak i Nærøysund kommunestyre 05.11.2020, i PS 113/20 -
detaljreguleringsplan for deler av sone 7 i områdereguleringsplanen på
Kråkøya-Stakkskardet.)
