Foreningen skal fungere som er felles løsning hvor alle ansatte som
ønsker å være med skal ha en felles konto hvor det samler inn penger
som skal benyttes til innkjøp av gave/blomst når en kollega har
bursdag, er syk eller når det er anledninger vi ønsker å gi en
oppmerksomhet. Aktivitetene vil bestå i å være aktive pådrivere for et
godt arbeidsmiljø gjennom å verdsette hverandre og å gi hverandre
positive tilbakemeldinger.
