Selskapets formål er å utvikle, finansiere, etablere, eie, drifte og
forvalte idrettsanlegg og tilhørende fasiliteter innenfor Altaparken,
til bruk for allmenn, ikke-kommersiell idrett, fysisk aktivitet og
frivillig organisert aktivitet.
Selskapet har ikke erverv til formål, og virksomheten skal drives på
et ideelt og allmennyttig grunnlag.
Selskapet kan etablere tilhørende virksomhet, herunder utleie,
service- og støttetiltak og arrangement. Kiosk/servering og lignende.
Eventuelt nett overskudd fra slik virksomhet skal fylt ut tilbakeføres
til selskapets ideelle formål, og kan ikke benyttes til økonomisk
fordel for aksjeeiere eller nærstående.
Kommersiell virksomhet skal ikke begrense eller forlenge allmenn
tilgjengelighet eller bruk i samsvar med anleggets idrettslige formål.
