Operating
Innsiktute skal være en levende og attraktiv arbeidplass. Gjennom
samtaler og aktiviteter i friluftsliv vil vi tilføre ungdom som er i
en utsatt fase i livet, opplevelser og samhold som gir verdi- og
mestringsfølelse. Vi skal arbeide for å begrense frafallet i den
videregående skolen og øke andelen unge voksne inn i arbeidslivet. Vi
forplikter oss til å etterleve FN-s bærekraftsmål. Jfr. vår
hjemmeside. Vil vil også holde kurs og aktiviteter for sårbar ungdom
og andre sårbare grupper i samfunnet innen ulike friluftsaktiviteter.
