Konsulenttjenester innen IT og prosjektledelse knyttet til dette.
Dette kan skje med direkte utleie eller gjennom eierskap og samarbeide
med andre virksomheter. Konsulenttjenester vil bli tilbudt innen
selskapets geografiske målområde som er Norge og Sør-Amerika, med base
i Venezuela, for på den måte å bidra til å realisere gevinster som
ligger i forskjeller mellom de to kontinenter. Selskapet skal videre
foreta investeringer samt handel med aksjer, fond og andre relevante
verdipapirer, herunder lånefinansierte investeringer med verdipapirer
og valuta. Investeringer vil også inkludere eierskap og utleie av
eiendom, fritidseiendommer og bobiler. Selskapet kan gjennom
aksjetegning eller annen måte gjøre seg interessert i andre selskaper
som ligger innen selskapets satsningsområder.
