samle alle båteiere med båtplass i Valvik Båthavn som medlemmer av
foreningen. Arbeide for at forholdene legges best mulig til rette
for de som eier og bruker båter i båthavna og arbeide for båtsportens
interesse i sin alminnelighet og fremme sunt sjøvett hos alle som
ferdes i båt.
