Selskapet bistår virksomheter, både offentlige og private, med
lederutvikling og lederstøtte på flere ledernivåer. Dette innebærer
kompetanseutvikling gjennom blant annet kurs, mentoring og produksjon
av fagstoff som presenteres i ulike kanaler. For eksempel
nettportaler, webinarer, podcaster, artikler, ulike arrangement (både
fysiske og digitale), bøker, hefter m.m. Hovedfokuset er nye ledere på
alle ledernivåer. Selskapet skal ikke ha revisor.
Lederutvikling gjennom læringsportaler (i form av kurs, mentoring,
podcaster, webinarer m.m.).
