Selskapets formål er å være et samarbeidsselskap for å undersøke,
utrede og utvikle industriområdet på Dommersnes med tanke på utbygging
til et framtidsrettet og miljøbevisst industriområde for blant annet
teknologiuavhengig produksjon av havvindmøller i Vindafjord kommune,
herunder kan selskapet anskaffe tomtegrunn direkte eller via
investeringer i andre selskaper for å sikre fremtidige nye arealer for
industri og annen næringsvirksomhet i Vindafjord samt videreutvikle
arealer i samarbeid med investorer og andre næringsaktører slik at
nødvendig infrastruktur kommer på plass, samt det som naturlig står i
forbindelse med dette.
