Drive innsamling og fordeling av midler etter søknad til helseinstitusjoner og fagmiljøer som forsker på kreft hos barn og unge. Promotere gullsløyfen som det internasjonale symbolet på barnekreft. Synliggjøre omfanget av og dele kunnskap om barnekreft, og gjennom det bygge større engasjement. Tilrettelegge for velferdstiltak for kreftrammede barn og unge, under- og etter behandling. Sekundært kan stiftelsen utvide velferdstiltakene til også å inkludere andre grupper alvorlig syke barn, såfremt stiftelsens drift genererer økonomisk handlingsrom for dette.
