basserelaterte emosjonelle tilknytninger. HLBF skal: Jobbe for å
fremme bassens (sporten ikke musikkinstrumentet) posisjon i samfunnet.
Fungere som et kontaktnettverk, samarbeids- og konkurranseplatform
for bassespillere, først og fremst i Osloregionen. Arrangere
treninger og cuper i et særlig uformelt format.
