Etablere og bygge Vatn og Tindesenteret som m.a vil innehalde
opplevingssenter og utstilling for fjell og fjord, klatrehall, kafé,
kontorfellesskap og møte og messe lokalar. Selskapet vil være eit
senter for tind og fjord som skal formidle naturglede og være eit
aktivum for Vestland Fylke og Årdal Kommune. Vatn og Tindesenteret
skal være ein kulturbærar for norske fjell og fjordar som gjev
inspirasjon, opplevingar og kunnskap til besøkande på senteret og
regionen. Vatn og Tindesenteret as vil også kunne delta på eigarsida i
andre selskap. Selskapet er utan eige økonomisk føremål.
