Formålet ved opplæringen ved Josef Akademi er å utdanne mennesker til
personlig utvikling, ledelse og entreprenørskap basert på kristne
verdier. Skolen skal: Gi grunnleggende bibelundervisning og utdanning
i karakterdanning. Gi innføring i selvforståelse og selvledelse, også
i relasjon til egen familie. Utdanne til lederskap i organisasjons- og
bedriftsliv. Gi kunnskap om hvordan å starte egen virksomhet.
