Bate er Rogalands største boligbyggelag. Vi bygger og drifter borettslag/sameier, og tilbyr forkjøpsrett og over 50 andre fordeler til medlemmene våre.
Ivareta sameiernes fellesinteresser, administrasjon av hele eiendommer
med tilhørende anlegg av enhver art og å sørge for en forsvarlig drift
av eiendommen.
For felles ansvar, forpliktelser og rettigheter hefter den enkelte
sameier i forhod til sin sameiebrøk. Det samme gjelder for sameiets
rettigheter. Sameierne gir avkall på eventuell forkjøpsrett og/eller
rett til å kreve sameiet oppløst, som de etter norsk lov og rett måtte
ha i forhold til de øvrige eiere.
