Smøla IL er Smølas største idrettslag og holder til ved kommunesenteret på Hopen. Vi har en kunstgressbane fra 2011 med svært god standard. I 2019 ble det bygd et nytt flott klubbhus med garasje, lager, toaletter, kjøkken og møterom. Klubbhuset ligger i tilknytning til kunstgressbanen.
