Stiftelsens formål er å tilgodese grupper og enkeltpersoner,
fortrinnsvis innen Uranienborg menighet med pleie, omsorg og
aktiviteter i samarbeid med Uranienborg menighet, som supplement til
tilbud som det påligger det offentlige å yte. Dertil skal Stiftelsen
bidra til Uranienborg menighets øvrige diakonale arbeid innen
menigheten i medhold av kirkeloven § 9, første og annet ledd.
