Operating
Barnehagen drives i tråd med Barnehagelovens § 1 og skal rette seg
etter fastsatte forskrifter, retningslinjer og Rammeplan for
barnehager. Videre skal barnehagen drives i samsvar med de instrukser
og øvrige bestemmelser som fastsettes av eier. Barnehagen vil også
bidra til lik rett til utdanning gjennom å gi studenter med barn et
trygt og pedagogisk godt barnehagetilbud for sine barn. Selskapet har
ikke erverv til formål. Det skal ikke deles utbytte. Ved en eventuell
oppløsning skal selskapets midler - etter at selskapets forpliktelser
er dekket - deles ut til formål som bidrar økt studentvelferd og/eller
et bedre studiemiljø.
