Operating
Forvaltning av stiftelsens midler skal støtte opp om og bidra økonomisk til utvikling av universitetstilbudet i Namsos til beste for Namdalen. Prioriterte områder er forsknings- og utviklingsprosjekter som bidrar til regional utvikling/nyskaping i Namdalen, og som bedrer levekår og tjenestetilbud. Stiftelsen kan yte midler til følgende: Rekrutteringsstillinger/forskningsprosjekter knyttet til Campus Namdal, utarbeidelse av konsortieavtaler for doktorgradsarbeider ved Campus Namdal, opprettelse av et utviklings- og kunnskapssenter ved Campus Namdal, forskningsstillinger (eks. Professor II - stillinger) knyttet til Campus Namdal, utarbeidelse av nye studieretninger ved Campus Namdal. Reisestipend i forbindelse med internasjonale forskningskonferanser.
