Stiftelsen har som formål å
1) gjenoppbygge vannkraftinstallasjonene som var i Vikbekken
2) drifte vannkraftinstallasjonene og bygninger med installasjoner
etter gammel metode til demonstrasjon for allmennheten
3) gjennom driften skaffe midler til vedlikehold av bygg og installa-
sjoner
4) stiftelsen skal ikke ha som formål å skaffe økonomisk utbytte ut
over midler til vedlikehold og gjenoppbygging av installasjonene
nevnt ovenfor.
