Utvikles til et avfallsmottak for behandling og kontrollert deponi av ulike typer avfall. Selskapet skal ivareta et viktig samfunnsansvar knyttet til å sikre et tilbud for forsvarlig miljømessig behandling av ulike typer avfall som må til kontrollert deponi i Nord-Norge i fremtiden. Prosjektet skal utvilkes basert på forretningsmessige prinsipper og regional næringsutvikling. Anlegget skal være en langsiktig og konkurransedyktig løsning for behandling og deponering av restprodukter og avfall som ikke kan behandles på annen måte. Selskapet har som målsetting å skape verdier for aksjonærene ved å være en offensiv og innovativ aktør innenfor forsvarlig deponering. Selskapet kan også drive annen virksomhet i forbindelse med de ovenfor nevnte formål, herunder eie aksjer eller på annen måte delta i andre selskaper.
