ikke-kommersiell basis, og selskapet skal ikke ha til formål å skaffe
aksjeeierne økonomisk utbytte. Enhver utdeling fra selskapet, herunder
utdeling av utbytte, tilbakebetaling til aksjonærer, samt utdeling av
overskudd ved oppløsning, skal i sin helhet benyttes til formålet til
Vestlandske Boligstiftelse.
Oppføring, drift og eventuelt salg av fast eiendom
samt hva hermed står i forbindelse, derunder å
delta i andre selskaper med lignende virksomhet.
